Collaborative and friendly work environment. Great team morale, friendly CEO, strict growing company. Interesting competitive industry to work in. Good job security. Company celebrates birthdays and company anniversaries almost like there is a celebration for something every month.

Company is growing and we feel the pain, management is restructuring the company to support it's future growth and direction. I had to see some positions get eliminated as the company wants to run a more lean operation as it expands into other markets.

I had my preconceived thoughts about this company when I came in for my last interview with the CEO. My thoughts were who is this KID running this company and am I wasting my time with this interview? Johnnie is no KID for sure and I see why he looks like one - This man is very happy and is always laughing and smiling. With that said, it's contagious and the happy bug attacks rest of us and makes coming to work fun. I am fairly new here to the company and I must say this company has a lot going on. Everything is fast paced and the company is changing constantly to reflect the growth the company is going through. I like how all the corporate managers are involved and are hands-on in the daily business operations. I also like how as a department head that I am given the freedom to run my department and how I am given the opportunity to run my department like I am the business owner. My ideas are heard and I am often told - I think it's a great idea and give me a action plan on how you want it to work. The medical benefits are great! I love the amount of holidays we are given. Lot's of celebrations and I love the family environment we have here.

I don't see anything yet....... I'm still pretty new here started working in March of this year.
