It's a work-hard, play-hard culture. Yes, there are many benefits, but they also expect something from you. Unrealistic expectations? No. But if our customers are experiencing long waiting times, you’re expected to make some effort and work together as a team with the whole company to fix it. Is that a bad thing? I don’t think so—but it has to suit you.
