Pros

The place is nice and the people are friendly. I like that you work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. You might have to work some weekends, but not on a regular basis. The company does pay you for holidays when they're closed, but you have to be employed with them for six months to qualify.

Cons

The workload they give to you, is enormous! They start off all nice and smiles, giving you some information on the company. Then *BAM!* they hit you with one thing after another. Most jobs ease you into work and learning different aspects, not with AFA. They throw everything at you at once and overwhelm you to the point you are stressed and leave with a migraine. Then they wonder why the turnover is bad, it doesn't take a rocket scientist.
