      Pros

      Good coworkers, great customers, they provide vehicle

      Cons

      Company is from dinosaur era. No technology to speak o, makes it hard to compete. No opportunity for advancement, almost impossible to make commissions with current pay structure.

      Good pay for the job, management is friendly, flexible, and efficient. I’ve loved my time here at AF. They really make sure you’re taken care of. They had no lay offs during the pandemic

      Does take time to move up but there is definitely opportunity there and company hires within

      The pay was only $9.00 an hour for the warehouse worker position and the counter sales position.
