Pros

Overall, this place has a nice culture. People are friendly, company gives you a lot of perks. Free gym, delicious cafeteria, company outings, good benefits. Also, it's a small company, which is nice.

Cons

It all looks nice on the surface, but once you start working here, you gradually become more and more disappointed. Middle management are micromanagers- I have actually gotten reprimanded for asking for help/asking a question...really? In fact, lower level employees (analysts) are not appreciated at all. Our managers belittle us and embarrass us on a daily basis. Every positive thing that you get done at work is forgotten instantly, but every tiny mistake you make, you will be reminded of for months. (Think of the movie Office Space). I actually live in fear of my boss. The company structure is flat, so you have little to no room for advancement. The pay is pretty below market rate.
