      This location was bought and added to the aevex family. Old management and intrests continue to dictate how the place was run without really going to the new aevex standard, money was constantly wasted by this is how we did it mindset by throwing overtime at issues that could be solved with real process planing and minimal equipment investment for techs to accomplish the jobs in a cost and timely manner. True cost analysis does not exist there,causing employees to get laid off instead of over paid under qualified management or planners.

      Cool Projects fast paced environment (see more in cons)

      Cons

      Large exodus of engineers due to burn out due to long hours, weekend work, goal posts being moved, unsupportive leadership. Projects are perpetually rushed and under staffed resulting in delays, low quality products. Leadership disregards project schedule inputs from the engineers responsible for the project prior to kickoff, Engineering leadership doesn't understand product development or engineering management, and only gives positive news upwards in the chain of command.
