      Pros

      Some Nice people, nice location and office with some good benefits. You can make some good friends as long as you stay away from the office politics

      Cons

      The longer standing colleagues need to be replaced as they are no longer contributing and like to form cliques. Not much career progression available. Get rid of the bullies
