      Complimentary products, interesting brand, passionate employees

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Those in management positions are promoted despite unhappiness of those working under them. Feedback given during company surveys are not actioned upon. Company culture is diminishing with acquisition by L’Oreal.

      flexibility available during my time online with the company.

      very challenging environment for work life balance, particularly if you care about doing your job well. you won't be rewarded for it.
