-Most bosses are flexible with personal time for doctor appts., etc. without having to take vacation time.
-Benefits and bonuses are great
-Coworkers are friendly and really care about each other
Cons
-HR is not as transparent as it needs to be (supposedly this is improving)
-Sometimes long hours are required in the accounting division, but not much.
-Sometimes there is not open communication between the different areas (some areas try to keep the information to themselves instead of sharing)
