      Broker a great guy. Can lease homes as well as apartmenst, townhomes, condos and lofts. He also works with buyers/sellers.

      Cons

      Commission only job, not enough leads.

      Pros

      environment really hype and fun, the hours fly when you work here, so much to do and so little time. Christmas is the best time.. so much fun and such an adrenaline rush!!

      Cons

      not much to say here, it's not a boring job where you sit waiting for time to go by. each day you do something completely different than the last day
