They want you to do the job of 2-3 people when they’re only paying you to do your job. People do slack here/don’t work as a team which leads to extra stress on a person to keep up. With this said they don’t really do much when you do make a complaint against another coworker. The place is poorly ventilated/air conditioned in the summer and they expect people to run up and down stairs to pull their project while sweating like no other for a bit above minimum wage.
