Pros
They deliver a paycheck ontime, Most workers are Awesome including the middle management. They did improve the 401K plan
Cons
We were promised the new ownership would be much better than the previous, Unfortunately that is not the case, They took away our annual bonus and replaced it with quarterly bonus with unrealistic goals so that we would not acheive goal and they do not have to pay bonus, They have stripped away the "family" feeling that this company once had, it is now run by just looking at the numbers, nothing else, they are in it for just the short term with the goal of selling the company in the next 2 - 5 years. If it weren't for the long term middle management there would be a mass exodus of employees from this company. I would suggest anyone looking to work at this company turn and run, find somewhere better to work, somewhere they value all employees.
