Aegis has one of the most disgusting and toxic working environments I have ever experienced. Most managers love to micro-manage which forces you to not be confident in your work and who you are as a person. worst HR division I have ever seen and the overall culture is stuffy and rude. AEGIS’ motto is empowerment which I believe couldn’t be further from the truth. No one is given the ability to think outside the box or work to your true ability.
