Favoritism is the rule of the day for a select-few Wide gap between the "rulers" (management") and the "paupers" (non-management) Relatively flat organization. Hence, more lateral shuffle than vertical movements If you are dealing with other divisions, get ready for the motherload of bureaucracy and politic-ing Might be tough for new-comers.
