      All-time current local executive board members may find several sources of financial support from youth programmes - depending on availability and resourcefulness. The experiences gained in and via AEGEE equip one with a great flexibility and versatility.

      Cons

      Although it starts for some as volunteering, it becomes more than just a full-time function when elected into certain fixed positions - due to extensive portfolios and a highly-dynamic atmosphere with paralel projects as well as tasks.

      We had to walk a lot of hours during our trips, accomodation offered was not very good, the food offered was not very nice, sometimes i had the feeling that things were rather disorganized
