I have no cons to share about working at AEG. I can share that the most difficult part of the last several years was making the transition from private practice to private equity. While it was a very smooth transition, we did have to learn new systems and new procedures. There was a lot of training, but everything happened in phases, so it was not overwhelming. Although I was very apprehensive when I first learned about the change, it has proved to be the best thing that could have happened in my career.
