Pros

Great people to work with, though there are a few exceptions. The aviation industry is very interesting. That's about it, wish there were more positive things to say about this place.

Cons

Most of these positive reviews come from recent new employees who are still in their honeymoon phase with the company. They do this intentionally to maintain a 4-star rating, but don't be fooled. This is a very stressful work environment where office politics play a significant role. No matter how hard you work, there is little recognition unless you constantly flatter senior management. Promotions are based on favoritism, not performance, which has resulted in the loss of high performers. Now, all that's left are mediocre employees. The senior executives oppose remote or hybrid work, so everyone is crammed into small cubicles with limited space for calls or meetings. Benefits are acceptable, but pay is often low. The new HR team is unreliable, unapproachable, and clueless.
