Higher paying RBT job in the area, supervisors were good at accepting feedback about cases and making changes
Cons
The owners started to hire really incompetent staff and it made it difficult for me to progress in my shared cases with them, raises were not very much, the owners were very unprofessional and emotionally reactive to many situations, they didn't care about the quality of work in their staff and they neglected to compensate hard working and committed staff members.
