Pros
-Pretty good benefits -Networking opportunities -Options for telecommuting
Cons
Management at AEEC is not the best. Poor time and man management results hinders the success of projects and frequently leads to intense crunch periods that burn you out quickly. Little time devoted to working with subject matter experts which prevents a project from being as good as it can be. The company is content with piling on the duties of a recently departed employee onto the current staff instead of hiring replacements for those positions (wearing multiple hats is good, but eventually they begin to fall...). Unnecessary expectations to work all hours of the day that is unsustainable and leaves employees stressed and burnt out. All of this combined with uncomfortable statements about how everyone's job is at stake do not create a productive work environment and you can tell morale is low. Poor communication with the company's other locations also turns simple tasks into large, frustrating headaches. Lots of people have left the company in the past year, which is alarming. Experiencing lots of growing pains as a business.
