      Pros

      The product and engineering team is not afraid to push the boundaries with technology. There are many interesting engineering challenges and we are encouraged to make use of the latest and greatest tech (like SwiftUI and Combine). There is also a refreshing combination of work life balance that usually isnt seen at a startup this size.

      Cons

      Its a startup....AEDIT is still trying to experiment with the product and evolving it as we learn more about our users

      Pros

      Really cool technology that helps people Collaborative teams that are constantly learning and growing together Lots of opportunity for growth as a company and as an employee (career paths are laid out pretty nicely) Already has a focus on people and culture which is huge Diverse staff Not much red tape at all- if you have an idea or initiative you can pursue it without much pushback Growing in the midst of a pandemic and hasn't done any layoffs or furloughs Honesty from the top down and 360 feedback

      Cons

      Young company, still going through growing pains So many things going on, need to prioritize a little better Cross functional collaboration could use some work
