All staff are highly stressed and overworked whether at head office,brand offices or bursars. Extremely long working hours Very high staff turnover,we do not even bother to learn names anymore Company processes are chaotic at best and makes no sense Difficult to resolve any issue whether big or small as no one seems to know who does what and you are often sent on a goose chase that wastes huge amounts of time Lack of decision making and a massive lack in communication Very low staff moral
