Great culture and people - Sales ADVODA Employee Review

Great culture and moral! Wonderful people to work with and a small company "family" type of environment. Sure, the environment can be stressful at times but so are all telecom jobs. The negative reviews left in early 2016 (Feb and May) happens to be a disgruntled employee that was fired due to insubordination. So please, do not believe that persons words. ADVODA has great perks to offer employees and is a fast paced, hard working, great environment to be in.

Not enough time in the day to get everything done, perhaps invent a way to make the day longer and add an extra day in for weekends ;)

Fantastic place to work if you enjoy never getting compensated for your efforts.

Where to begin...This company claims to be your "one stop shop" for your telecom needs, however they do not have the manpower or knowledge to actually follow through with any of their commitments. They claim a "fair wage" but in fact pay more than 30% below market value. Large sales are encouraged, however, if you close one, they will throw a large disconnecting customer under your name or will go as far as changing the compensation plan for the whole company before the deal closes. I have seen $100,000 commission checks turn into $5,000 commission checks, and unfortunately, this is the norm. I watched as many employees were managed out of the company by senior leadership. What makes that different from other companies is that once the employee had enough and turned in their two weeks notice, this company would either walk them out as a termination or let them work the 2 weeks and then terminate them. Nothing about this company is ethical and they operate almost exclusively in bad faith. I implore anyone considering applying to reconsider, you will make more money checking groceries than working for this company.
