- Keep up with new technologies, encourage innovation - Exposed to multiple areas & projects, steep learning curve (able to learn a lot) - Provides lunch (great options from Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Western food etc.) - Provide some flexibility in work, no tap in tap out policy - no OT culture
Cons
- Bonus and increment not given on fixed time in a year - WFH policy is recently removed, now fully onsite - Require independence on work, need to be able to lead self.
