Pros

ADR Network had a very good professional regional director, who I thoroughly enjoyed working for. Also the pay on first glance was good for someone who is inexperienced in terms of working in the Transport World. I thoroughly enjoyed building a relationship with the client who I supplied drivers to. A great sense of achievement was enjoyed by filling the client's requirements for the day. Finally the fast paced working experience is great and can be very positive form of pressure in order to maximise your working abilities.

Cons

In short the role is very time consuming sometimes working 12 hours a day during peak Christmas period which can be tough. When joining your forced to waiver the EU time regulations which gives the opportunity for the company to really make, you work late into the night, which when you starting at 8am isn't good. So finally when you calculate the average hours a week you work compared to the take home pay it's less then minimum wage, which prompted me to leave the organisation

Pros

Good if you want flexibility

Cons

Not great if you don't get work, but I guess that's the nature of agency work
