Pros
ADP is a diverse place to work, with very sociable colleagues. The employee-owned structure works really well: the board respects the opinions of the other employees, and people across the company are free to propose new ideas or ask questions knowing that they'll be answered honestly. It's a great culture. Flexi time is also a lovely bonus.
Cons
There are issues with working hours: many of the architects work long overtime to meet deadlines. Plenty of employees find it hard to switch off from work, and feel a responsibility to reply to emails during holidays etc.
