9 day fortnight a strong feature - good for some but clashes with work from home patterns so office felt empty

Sadly, due to politics management and long term employees of the company could not be trusted and the environment impacted for staff It was difficult to reconcile that whilst being B corp the Directors have connections to Gulf oil clients which felt hypocritical to the ethics of the practice Always had a feeling of pressure than working as a team - lack of support due to financial pressures of the business High turn around of staff in Birmingham meant that experienced people left. The name of the business is confusing and identify was difficult to explain - ADP architecture…the ‘A’ is already stands for ‘Architects’
