      Pros

      Working and living in UAE will become most positive thing, if you decide to move and work with ADNOC.

      Cons

      Mentality of “this is not my job” is still dominating. The idea of one team one company, is on paper. All projects that initiated to improve company attractiveness is not honestly executed at different levels.
