- Officers are not carefully selected. - Master has two collisions history and one touch bottom with the same vessel and he is still on !!!! - Master knowledge is zero. - There are gangs on board, supported by Emirati citizen junior officers, which means standard regulations do not actually rule. - Crewing office (BMS) leaves at gangways. - Chief Engineer above reproach !!! Subsequently authority abusing, knowledge is zero. - The management is absent, unconscious there in the office.
