      There is a great learning opportunity and lots of team bonding. It is a growing company with potential.

      Cons

      Management is extremely unprofessional. No finesse in behavior around staff and no proper HR process. HR is hardly around and is quite vague with expectations.

      - Fast paced learning environment - Lots of available resources to use for training and upskilling - Tight knit team so everyone is supportive and helps each other on workload and client work - Clear expectations on role expectations and responsibilities - Ability to upskill and progress in the business

      Cons

      - Agency life does mean there will be times where you are required to work overtime but TIL is provided to make up for it
