      Salary was decent, fully remote besides traveling for events

      Cons

      Poor place for career development. No constructive feedback whatsoever. Work was bland and uninspired. Diversity was non-existent.

      Pros

      Some interesting projects that you basically work round the clock for. They allow for some travelling, but youre only traveling to the venue and are working 20 hr days.

      Cons

      Overworked and expected to work after hours, be on call and but not get paid overtime. The typical "this company is a family" load of garbage. Co-workers and HR who toss you aside.
