      It's a full time production job which is hard to come by

      They take MONTHS to pay freelancers Employees are extremely cliquey and have a hard time accepting new people Salaries are wildly uneven for people in the same position They take advantage of their employees because they are constantly unprepared

      Pros

      Some interesting projects that you basically work round the clock for. They allow for some travelling, but youre only traveling to the venue and are working 20 hr days.

      Cons

      Overworked and expected to work after hours, be on call and but not get paid overtime. The typical "this company is a family" load of garbage. Co-workers and HR who toss you aside.
