Pros

Accelerated learning in an environment with a lot going on, allows you to learn fast if you can keep up

Cons

Management can be toxic and is not accommodating at all, they also don't trust the teams. HR is also not on your side at all and constantly threatens you, in my short time the below happened: HR asked for my full personal medical notes made by the GP which is a massive violation of privacy, they did this because they beleive I faked an operation when I had to get daily checkups. They sat my desk directly under an industrial office fan and when I asked multiple times for something to be changed as my eyes were drying out I decided to take matters into my own hands and wear sunglasses to stop it, within an hour of this I was told to take them off with no solution to my eyes drying out. HR accused me of 'rallying the employees' when I brought up the fan to my team after they decided to move someone else directly under it.

Pros

At ADM, our greatest asset is undoubtedly our team. We've cultivated a workplace culture that not only encourages growth and innovation but also supports each individual's career journey. Our low staff turnover is a testament to the positive environment we've nurtured over our 40 years in business, where team members feel valued and motivated. The success of our apprenticeship program stands as a shining example of our investment in the future, successfully integrating fresh talent into our experienced ranks. It's immensely gratifying to witness the personal and professional development of our staff, knowing that the company's support system plays a crucial role in their achievements.

Cons

Being part of the management team, I recognise that my perspective is inherently optimistic. As with any organization, there are challenges—navigating the tech landscape means that we must continuously adapt and learn, which can sometimes be a demanding process. We're committed to improving our internal processes to ensure that while we grow, we maintain the same level of support and personal touch that our team values - and continue to extend this to our customers as well.
