Poor management and toxic culture - IT Apprenticeship ADM Computing Employee Review

As someone who has worked at ADM for a period of time i can happily say this is a great company that really likes to watch their staff grow professionally and personally. The support growth through multiple pathways however their investment in your training and exams is something that really stands out to me.

There are none to speak of

Our low staff turnover is a testament to the positive environment we've nurtured over our 40 years in business, where team members feel valued and motivated. The success of our apprenticeship program stands as a shining example of our investment in the future, successfully integrating fresh talent into our experienced ranks. It's immensely gratifying to witness the personal and professional development of our staff, knowing that the company's support system plays a crucial role in their achievements.

Being part of the management team, I recognise that my perspective is inherently optimistic. As with any organization, there are challenges—navigating the tech landscape means that we must continuously adapt and learn, which can sometimes be a demanding process. We're committed to improving our internal processes to ensure that while we grow, we maintain the same level of support and personal touch that our team values - and continue to extend this to our customers as well.
