      Pros

      Familiar and teaching experience within all the plant. Different departments take every opinion and everyone is invited to share knowledge.

      Cons

      Old structure and employees are used to that.

      Pros

      For a non-profit, they do offer nice salary and can spend when they need to on resources.

      Cons

      It is a very disjointed organization with antiquated mindsets and philosophies of accomplishing goals, but the worst of it is trying to get something accomplished whilst navigating the various uber-land-mines of internal politics
