Great company to work for - Head of Design ADL Employee Review

Very respectful colleagues and working environment.

I did not perceive any cons during my time there.

For a non-profit, they do offer nice salary and can spend when they need to on resources.

It is a very disjointed organization with antiquated mindsets and philosophies of accomplishing goals, but the worst of it is trying to get something accomplished whilst navigating the various uber-land-mines of internal politics
