Pros

Great focus on what needs to be accomplished. Go-To Market Strategies are made on the fly every week to adapt to the changing dynamics of the market. Great product at great prices. Introduced most of the electronic security products as concepts to the indian market and there is a mind space for ADI with almost all the seasoned Integrators in the market.

Cons

ADI has recently slipped in terms of being in touch with the market with the product mix. This makes the aggressive growth plans slightly difficult to achieve on the street. There are not much growth opportunities other than doing the same job, on a slightly larger level.

Pros

-Team members/coworkers are nice. Everyone is helpful and able to pivot quickly when given new tasks. -Unlimited PTO -hybrid work schedule

Cons

-Extreme micromanagement: Upper management wants to know what you’re doing at all times when they don’t even understand the roles and their own teams or work streams. -EVERYTHING is reactive. Polls/surveys? Change everything according to the results. C-Suite member has a PERSONAL opinion or complaint about something ? Drop everything to handle that. -Strategy is non existent. We are not working toward any specific goal, just responding to random requests everyday all day. - Management will ask your opinion and ask that you come up with a strategy and then do the total opposite of what you suggested or give so much unnecessary pushback that you don’t even care to continue with the project. -There are no project outlines, so you never know the why behind projects or what the outcome should be. Nothing is ever in place. Someone has an idea (C-Suite) and then people just scramble to get it done as quickly as possible. -Upper management clearly doesn’t read emails because they’ll ask you the same question 5 different times when they’re on the email thread.
