Pros
Benefits are great, managers are all great and the people i work with are just great people. Great communication between managers to employees. Very laid back, stress free and great separation between work and home.
Cons
There is only one downside to this job and it is the limited amount of people working in one location. In my one location we only have 5 people, so movement up through the company is virtually impossible unless someone gets fired or retires and it can hold a lot of people back.
