Work hours, no nights or weekends.

Short-sighted management. Instead of driving sales with service, selection and product knowledge they are adopting the hiring of "bodies" with no industry background whatsoever - that is WHEN they hire. Seem to think that customers will be keen on going to understaffed branches, waiting in lines as sales-"bodies" attempt to help other customers who have multitudes of complex product questions and needs as the phones ring off the hook with more customers needing help! Salespeople are given impossible goals that no human can achieve. Forced to push W Box line on customers in another "goal" program but the brass have made that another unattainable situation by have low inventories of those lines on hand to sell. Always a moral-booster! Lol.Have to order it in and have customers wait. Resetting branches to mimic retail stores? It's ok to be organized but the alarm trade installers are not dazzled by product presentation. They want to get their stuff with the help of knowledgeable salespeople and get to their job site and get things done.
