      Salary Hike is very good, supportive seniors- they explain what i need to do with patience, growth opportunity- I earn double than what I started with in this company

      Pros

      Learning environment, growth opportunity, Seniors are very supportive of one's personal life crisis and mental health issues. I can talk freely with Directors about my personal issue and they are very understanding of that, They even gave me time off to sort my issue, This is something that I had never experienced in my 25 years of career.
