Pros
Enjoyed the work project and the team ADG put together. Didn’t felt micromanaged but given clear instruction about what needed to be done. ADG and mentor firm REI Systems have ISO and CMMI certified infrastructure with well defined processes in place. We always felt like and executed like we were one company, as a dedicated team.
Cons
When the project was completed for the customer, there was not an open position for me to fill. I would have liked to stay there.
