Pros
I learned a lot while in my position at Adfitech. My manager was the best manager I have ever had. She was patient and always willing to listen and encourage.
Cons
The downtime. I really enjoyed what I did. I hated times where there was not much work to be done. Furthermore, I hate that the company was forced to layoff so many of us good employees. The management did all that they could to make the layoff for us as painless as possible.
