Competitive wages, hotel, meals and transportation paid for those who travel, sufficient support staff (depending on who your job manager is), when there's work... everything is good
Cons
Some support staff need to be more consistent with their communication, need higher per diem rates due to higher cost of living (especially in certain major metropolitan areas), down-times due to lack of available jobs can be a lot longer than should be
