Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Great training program in place. They offer a 401K match after 6 months

I cannot think of any cons.

None that are worth mentioning

Horrible company. Condescending salesmen, insane turnover rate, nepotism abound, egomaniacal owners, and a complete lack of communication with management. If employed, they might ask you to sign their NDA (I didn't), which would be fine if it weren't for the 5 year non-compete clause. If signed, this would disqualify you from working for any other HVAC company for half a decade. The incentive offered to sign this? $1.00. Not kidding.
