      Pros

      - always have jobs - low stress - laid back dress code - 2 weeks vacation along with PTO and sick days included after 6 months - used to be able to get as much overtime as you need before covid. -helpful coworkers -

      Cons

      - low pay raises once a year - 401k match ended due to covid - pay is based on how well you negotiate your starting salary , company will always low ball you - no extra compensations for being more efficient, pay is based on how long you have worked in the company

      Cons

      Horrible company. Condescending salesmen, insane turnover rate, nepotism abound, egomaniacal owners, and a complete lack of communication with management. If employed, they might ask you to sign their NDA (I didn't), which would be fine if it weren't for the 5 year non-compete clause. If signed, this would disqualify you from working for any other HVAC company for half a decade. The incentive offered to sign this? $1.00. Not kidding.
