      Pros

      I've only worked here a short time but I have never been more welcomed. This is a family business and the working enviornment is just as familial. There is so much knowledge that just pours out of employees that have worked there for years! It's refreshing to see a great group of people willing and enjoying sharing their knowledge to not only get the job done, but to also help you progress in the company!

      As far as I am concerned, I don't see any.

      -Cant really name any, maybe the schedule is 8.5 hours per day rather than 8 hours per day

      None that are worth mentioning

      Cons

      Horrible company. Condescending salesmen, insane turnover rate, nepotism abound, egomaniacal owners, and a complete lack of communication with management. If employed, they might ask you to sign their NDA (I didn't), which would be fine if it weren't for the 5 year non-compete clause. If signed, this would disqualify you from working for any other HVAC company for half a decade. The incentive offered to sign this? $1.00. Not kidding.
