      Pros

      I'd share them if there were pros. Unfortunately, there were none.

      Cons

      Very top heavy. 80% of attorneys there are shareholders. Makes you wonder if you'll get your next paycheck since it looks like they're desperate for money and they pay $10K less than other firms in the area.

      Pros

      Pay is average, work is easy. Taking time off isn't an issue.

      Cons

      Horrible gossip problems, very unprofessional office staff and attorneys, constant drama, and constant fear that the company might go under. Very unprofessional and unstable company the Attorneys complain about not making enough money to pay you. They aren't good to their clients either -- over charge -- over bill -- but maybe that is all Attorneys. The other assistants here do not want to help, there is absolutely NO teamwork.
