Outdated. Like working for a company in the 80s. No flexibility and forcing unwilling staff to stop working from home. Top down management style dragging the company towards an inevitable demise though an inability to keep with the times.
Adder is a stable place to work. People are friendly and helpful. Some of the technology is quite interesting.
Cons
Adder is privately owned and all direction setting and most decision making is by the owners. There is very little in the way of obvious leadership or direction - this can be very frustrating.
