Pros

There is opportunity to gain HR experience working with a range of clients in various industries. The team is tight knit and knowledgeable.

Cons

Poor communication, poor onboarding experience, delays in getting set up on critical systems while getting thrown into the fire. Expectations constantly shifted, even with repeated requests for clarification. Little to no feedback before separation with a disorganized offboarding. For an HR services company, the employee experience was shockingly underdeveloped.

False representation of owner as “Counsel”, to sell clients services, this individual misrepresents themselves and has never been a licensed attorney. Consultants do not have fundamental basic HR knowledge and subject clients to illegal practices regularly. Talks badly about clients and client representatives. Does not uphold federal law when practicing as clients HR department. Senior leadership does not know, or follow state laws for pay requirements. Leadership says to inflate billing and time spent with certain clients when work is low on others. For a consulting firm, there is zero strategy when it comes to supporting clients and elevating their business, most of the time is spent cleaning up their own messes. Talks negatively about previous employees. Leadership pays for recognition, sort of like big corporations with Forbes awards but they couldn’t actually get an award based on merit alone.

Hey, thanks for this! We read it on Monday, took the accusations exceptionally seriously, so we’ve just finished a full audit of our books and billing. Clean as a whistle, although as usual, likely too much time was cut from invoicing to fit tight client budgets and the protect strong customer relationships we pride ourselves on.
