Friendly staff and HR are really nice and helpful

High turn over, no employee retention. No office manager or office atmosphere. No away days, team building. Everyone keeps to themselves.

Paid in line with market at the time but now not sure

Generally a very toxic and pressured project environment with red flags that I ignored to begin with but I should have listened to myself. High turnover of staff. Typically if you don't or can't conform, you're out, and if you've been around a while or mates with management, you're fine. Should equip staff with basics like adequate desk IT hardware to comply with your own DSE assessment you make staff do
