      Some of the co-workers are fun

      Cons

      -you're not allowed to talk to co-workers unless its break time -not allowed to have your phone on your person, they make you keep it in a locker -not allowed to listen to music at all while doing mundane tasks -will never make more than $20 an hour, even if you're doing the most important tasks -will train you to be ICP certified but will not actually certify you so you can't leave afterwards to go somewhere else -toxic work environment -dislike when you go to the bathroom outside of your break times -hardly room for advancement -they pay the men more

      Pros

      A good company. Fair policies and pay rate with chance for mobility within the company. Great working conditions

      Not a lot of cons with the job other than how vacation time has to be earned for most employees based off of attendance

      Decent pay for easy work

      Cons

      Everything handled extremely last minute with an endless blame game cycling through the shop. No one takes responsibility for their actions and very few people were easy to work with. Not allowed to speak or make any noise even when speaking to a supervisor about concerns that will not be taken seriously. Every issue is "addressed" after the fact when everyone could see if from a mile away and constantly warned the upper management. Poor record keeping. Contant drama throughout the shop and inconsiderate management. Typically cycle employees every year or so with a massive lay off and expect the skeleton crew that survives to pick up the slack with chastising comments and screaming all the way.
