      Pros

      There are none, except that the managers are so incompetent that you can get away with anything. Since, I know more about programming then anyone else, it's good.

      Cons

      Everything, bosses hate all the clients and talk about them behind their back all the time. Same with us employees. They just act nice to get us to work for under industry standards.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work. It is a relaxed work environment. If there is a problem everyone works together as equals to solve it. The best part is that they train their employees and offer advancement within the company. I personally started in an entry level support position and I am now one of the lead developers. Additionally the wide range of applications and industries that ADC is involved with offers experience in so many different areas.

      Cons

      Being a smaller company the benefits for families are not great, however, the individual benefits are great.
